I joined Smith Industries straight out of college and never looked back! Throughout my 10 plus years with Smith Industries I have managed two departments, and both teams are filled with motivated and hardworking individuals. Although we are a part of a competitive industry, Smith Industries takes care of their own, both professionally and personally. Our leadership has made it a point to recognize and appreciate their employees for their hard work and dedication. Another great aspect of Smith Industries is the dedication to community outreach.
